"Adventurous Voyage Into Sound" - a vocal improvisation with instrumentalists and various other performers which may include dancers, poets, and painters.

A French native, Joëlle Maya Aubry enjoyed a childhood full of singing and dancing with a family of expressive musicians. Her love for intuitive improvisation was fully reawakened in 1990 when she met David Darling. In May 1996, after a few years of study with him, she became certified in his Music for People Musicianship and Leadership Program.

"Vocal improvisation helps me to create every second anew without expectation and to stay fully present in the moment. Through my voice, my goal in to provide inspiration, to invite the listener to experience sound in a new fresh way, to dive with me and the musicians in an "adventurous voyage into sound."
